1. About the service

Get Big on BlueSky is a subscription-based software service that offers account connection tools, topic filters, dashboard controls, analytics, and optional account-activity features for Bluesky users.

Get Big on BlueSky is an independent third-party service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Bluesky Social, PBC.

The service allows users to connect a Bluesky account, define tags and exclusions, manage account settings, and review account data inside the dashboard.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, checking the acceptance box during sign-up, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for the service or use it.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs through your account.

You must use a valid BlueSky account and provide credentials you are authorized to use. You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, or any activity that infringes the rights of others.

4. BlueSky connection and automation

To use the automation features, you may be asked to connect your BlueSky account using credentials such as an app password. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with BlueSky rules, policies, and any applicable platform requirements.

We do not represent or guarantee that the service is approved by, compliant with, or endorsed by Bluesky Social, PBC. Platform rules, API behavior, and enforcement standards may change at any time.

You are solely responsible for actions taken through your account. If Bluesky changes its rules, limits, access, or interpretation of acceptable use, you must stop using any affected feature immediately.

We may suspend, limit, modify, or remove automation-related functionality at any time if we believe it creates platform, legal, security, or reputational risk.

No specific growth result, follower count, engagement level, or business outcome is guaranteed.

5. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Paid access is offered on a recurring subscription basis at the price shown at checkout unless a trial or promotional offer is stated separately.

If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation applies to future renewals. Your access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, and the bot may continue to run until that paid period ends.

Except where required by applicable law, payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable. Cancelling prevents the next renewal but does not create a prorated refund for the unused remainder of the active paid period.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will always be available on every device, network, or platform.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the application beyond rights allowed by law, or use the service in a way that may damage the platform, other users, or third parties.

You must not use the service to violate platform terms, send spam, conduct deceptive or manipulative activity, or interfere with the integrity, reliability, or reputation of Bluesky or any third-party service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for breach of these Terms, security concerns, abuse, or non-payment.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
